I had a memorable experience at the Palmer House, which beautifully blends historic charm with modern comforts. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from major attractions in downtown Chicago. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the unique character of the hotel. However, I did run into some trouble with a faulty tablet for hotel info, and the elevator system can be a bit confusing. Overall, it's definitely worth the price considering the values offered.
